Any information you provide the Council in relation to a complaint about a health and care social matter will be treated by us as confidential. However as the internet is not a completely secure way of exchanging information we cannot guarantee this confidentiality.

Any other information, feedback questions or suggestions you send the Council with regard to this website or other publications will not be regarded as confidential, and the Council is free to use and disclose your responses to others without contacting you.

This website is distributed internationally and may contain references to Western Health and Social Services Council services that are not available in your country. This does not imply that the Council intends to make such services available in your country or area.
